The Uber credit is an App credit on Uber and a pain to use. It is a complete scam and not worth the ink used to disclose it. It is NOT a statement credit.

My husband only knew of the lounge benefits when traveling. So, I dove in trying to get the rest. I was TERRIBLY disappointed. The first and only travel we booked was for Hyatt-Lake Tahoe thru Amex. The Hotel would not follow thru on the benefits of the card. Amex folded and said, “I am sorry.” What? What are we paying for? Amex said that they would open a ticket. Thanks.

My favorite has to be the airline credit. I personally buy southwest gift cards with it! I do love using Uber credit but I don’t use it every month for Uber..but I have used it for Uber eats!
